PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY
OFF-SEASON – 1ST APRIL TO 31ST SEPTEMBER
✅1st Payment: To proceed with the booking process, pay a booking amount of Rs. 5,000 to confirm your dates along with your Indian photo ID and flight tickets.
✅2nd Payment: Once the final itinerary is finalized and received by guests, a 50% payment should be made within 24 hours.
✅3rd Payment: The balance amount should be made 15 days before the arrival at Port Blair and 30 days earlier for Royal Package hotels prior to the commencement of the services.
✅Important: Delay of the payments might cause inconveniences (like hotels, cruises, etc. being sold out or auto-released). So, the company is not responsible in this manner.
SEASON – 1ST OCTOBER TO 31ST MARCH

PEAK SEASON – 15TH DECEMBER - 20TH JANUARY
✅1st Payment: To proceed with the booking process, pay a booking amount of Rs. 5,000 to confirm your dates along with your Indian photo ID and flight tickets.
✅2nd Payment: Once the final itinerary is finalized and received by guests, 100% payment should be made within 24 hours.
✅Important: Delay of the payments might cause inconveniences (like hotels, cruises, etc. being sold out or auto-released). So, the company is not responsible in this manner.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY THE GUEST
You may cancel your holiday at any time, provided you notify the company in writing. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:
➢ No refunds for cancellation received on booking from 15 Dec to 20 Jan.
➢ No refund or cancellation during Puja, Valentine's Day, Xmas, New Year
➢ A cancellation charge of rupees 2500 per person is applicable any time after the advance is paid
➢ 100% of the package cost will be charged as a penalty on cancellation within 15 days before arrival.
➢ 75% of the package cost will be charged as a penalty on cancellation between 16 and 20 days before arrival.
➢ 50% of the package cost will be charged as a penalty on cancellation between 21 and 29 days before arrival.
➢ 25% of the package cost will be charged as a penalty on cancellation 30 or more days before arrival.

Mandatory Payment Method: All payments must be made to their respective Andaman Blues official bank account. If you choose to pay to another bank account (one that is not Andaman Blues' official bank account), we are not responsible for any resulting losses of your money. Please note: Royal Package Accommodations' bookings made at Hotels Sea Shell / Coral Reef / Barefoot / Munjoh Resorts / Symphony / Silver Sand / Havelock Island Beach Resort / Taj Hotel, etc., are non-refundable. Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days between 10 AM and 05 PM (except Sunday); any cancellation sent on Sunday will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
