PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY

OFF-SEASON – 1ST APRIL TO 31ST SEPTEMBER
✅1st Payment: Rs. 5,000 booking amount along with valid Indian photo ID(s) and confirmed flight ticket(s).
✅2nd Payment: 50% of the total package cost within 24 hours of receiving the final itinerary with booking confirmation voucher.
✅3rd Payment: Balance amount 15 days before arrival. Royal Category Hotels: 30 days before arrival.
✅Important: Delayed payments may result in the release of hotels, cruises, ferries, or other services due to supplier deadlines. Andaman Blues will not be responsible for any loss of confirmed services caused by delayed payments.

SEASON – 1ST OCTOBER TO 31ST MARCH
✅1st Payment: Rs. 5,000 booking amount along with valid Indian photo ID(s) and confirmed flight ticket(s).
✅2nd Payment: 50% of the total package cost within 24 hours of receiving the final itinerary with booking confirmation voucher.

PEAK SEASON – 15TH DECEMBER - 20TH JANUARY
✅1st Payment: Rs. 5,000 booking amount along with valid Indian photo ID(s) and confirmed flight ticket(s).
✅2nd Payment: 100% of the total package cost within 24 hours of receiving the final itinerary with booking confirmation voucher.
✅Important: Delayed payments may result in the release of hotels, cruises, ferries, or other services due to supplier deadlines. Andaman Blues will not be responsible for any loss of confirmed services caused by delayed payments.

`CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY THE GUEST`
You may cancel your holiday at any time, provided you notify the company in writing. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation

Within 10 days before arrival / No-Show / Early Departure	100% of the total package cost (No Refund)

Mandatory Payment Method: All payments must be made to their respective Andaman Blues official bank account. If you choose to pay to another bank account (one that is not Andaman Blues' official bank account), we are not responsible for any resulting losses of your money. Please note: Royal Package Accommodations' bookings made at Hotels Sea Shell / Coral Reef / Barefoot / Munjoh Resorts / Symphony / Silver Sand / Havelock Island Beach Resort / Taj Hotel, etc., are non-refundable. Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days between 10 AM and 05 PM (except Sunday); any cancellation sent on Sunday will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
